Members prior to 2016:
Primary members' have the number 0 before their member number (no dash or space). Example: 0D11
Other members on the same account have a 1, 2, etc. before their member number (no dash or space).  Example: 1D11
New members since 2016: Member number followed by your first name (no dash or space)
Example: D11John
Your Original Password is:
Your Last Name
Example:  Doe
