Chef Jay Highlights Some of the New Menu Items

Our new menu is launching tonight! We lightened things up a little for spring and summer but don’t worry, we left the chicken pot pie on this year. After the response from taking it off last summer I think it will be a permanent fixture.
I’d like to give you a few highlights:
Slices of Italian bread topped with pesto goat cheese, roasted garlic, caramelized onion, tomato, and fresh basil.
Ahi Tuna Tacos
Pan seared Ahi tuna in flour tortillas with Asian slaw, sesame seeds and avocado.
Crispy Shrimp Salad
Our crispy shrimp served over kale, napa cabbage, and mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, shredded carrot, fried won tons, and tamari ginger dressing.
An 8 oz. flat iron steak grilled to order, marinated with balsamic, garlic and rosemary. Served with onions two ways and two side items.
South Beach Mahi
Pan seared fillet of Mahi Mahi served over wilted spinach with a reduction of citrus juices. Accompanied by one side item.
Fresh fillet of salmon grilled then topped with bruschetta style tomatoes and a balsamic reduction. Served with two side items.
These are just a few of the changes we have made. If you dine here often you may recognize a few of them as we have been trying them out as specials recently to see how they will be received. I hope you enjoy!
